Horny goat weed goes by another name too: epimedium. It is a low-growing plant whose leaves are used to make an extract.
Background
Herbalists in East Asia have worked with epimedium for a very long time. The playful name is said to come from a tale about goats that ate the plant and grew lively. You will find the extract in many wellness blends for men, and HoneyBoost lists it first.
